I have a 2014 jeep wrangler with 100 and something k miles and recently started overheating I changed the thermostat, radiator and temp sensor and it keeps overheating what can it be??? It started after an oil change but this time I used synthetic oil could it be that???

Probably time for a water pump?
If you see any rust in the radiator at all, run a bottle of Thermocure and fully flush after. Fair warning - it smells like rotten chicken soup after dissolving all the crap in the system, but it works VERY well.
