Welded in a Poly Performance Coilover kit and installed the Fox Coilovers and bumps, then just installed a Rugged Ridge Modular Snorkel tonight.

Other than having a battery and part of your dual setup pictured...whatcha doing?

Checked each solenoid on my Warn M8000 winch.

They are all good.

Tested the motor and nothing.

I'm pretty sure its a Bad motor.

Now I'm doing research on how to replace the motor.

What I really need to do is get the right size winch for my fat ass Jeep.

Just figured out the motor is less than $100 on Ebay. Might have to try it.

Installed a 3' antenna. I can now drive into my garage with it on. YAY!

As soon as the tire carrier is on I can do a photo shoot with the Jeep!

I am going to order a new motor but I am thinking this is just a band aid. One day I will get an appropriate sized winch.

Just to clarify what Neoxxis is saying. it has to be anchored back to the jeep like at the towing point is a good spot. what ever it is anchored to everything including snatch block, line, clevis, tree strap, needs to be double the winch in this case 16,000lbs.
