@Neoxxis and R8R ROK... Can that cover be done without the tailgate bar? I only have a hard top. Or where can I get one?

The cover is nice, looks a lot like mine...
Very useful to bring stuff with you and not have to worry about where you park, etc.
Also keep stuff secured in the wind and all...

Looks the same. How is yours holding up. I had mine through a few water crossings and held up like a champion. Did a couple of bouncy trails yesterday and I had no problems as well.

I installed my lift and tires finally.

I'd say yes, you just have to cut your rear part to go up to the door...
The "cover" rests on the hard top lip so it's a little higher than the door, but I guess you can get it to fit close enough to not have a gap...

I've been using it for the last 3 summers...
It got rained on and mud and lots of heavy stuff and it never quit.
I have reinforcement bars under it too...

Troubleshoot the Check engine. P0300 and P0303. Not happy about that. Ordered a new set of Plug & Wires. Cross your fingers

Proceeded to clean up the bumper. The bedliner didn't hold on the welds:

I didn't take a pic of the worst of it from the other side, but it was starting to give way on the other side too:

I I used the wire wheel to knock it down:

And after a little prep laid down some more DupliColor Liner:

Change your fuel filter. I changed plugs and wires on my ford and still had a few 0300 codes. I was told to change my fuel filter and BAM! That fixed that.

Jeep replaced my fuel tank @ 99K miles as a warranty item for the fill-leak issue. Filter is part of the tank? There is no extra filter. I did just put a big dent in my fuel skid, I hope it's not the issue.

Pic update after lift install last from last week.
I know its just another 3.5 on 35's but I'm proud of it.

Installed 37 Trail Graps, MT classic lock wheels, and PSC aluminum fenders

Loaded up my custom deck for the weekend.

I just finished designing one of these in SolidWorks and am currently trying to find someone to cut it out on a CNC router (I can't saw anything worth a shit) and really like yours. You say that you trussed the center; that's an issue I was wondering about myself. Do you have any pics of how you did that?

Thanks,

I was just thinking of doing this in Solidworks, any chance you would consider sharing your file?

Thanks,

Kevin

I just cut a piece of thin ply and stuck it in the center as a divider. Kind of like a T , It made strong as shit. I didn't think I would like a divider but it worked out great.

Sounds like it would work. I was thinking of a tube with a radius bend (like an arch) and then bolt it to the wheelwells...so there's an unobstructed center.

That sounds good! I just did the divider because I was going away for the weekend and needed something quick.
