I have gussets and no sleeves.
Hahahahahaha......39's with no sleeves!!! I see a SMILING axle in your future.

On the up side when you do bend the axle, you can switch to a 60 or wait 2-3 month for the guy who straightened Stacy's Axle!

He better the way he breaks shit!!:shitstorm: also might want to look into setting up another carrier with a ring gear and an extra Pinion gear!! Just saying....:dunno:
 
Jeff no more following you...cause Ill be leading the way. The tires are load range C and didnt seem to heavy Ill get something done with the axle maybe polys kit and Ill get chromoly axle shafts or just carry spares. Im more worried about steering gearbox breaking again.

Installed 8 double johnny jointed control arms(from currie 4" rockjock lift).
Quick test flex on a nearby companies wheelchair ramp, already can tell a huge difference.
