Kickin' it at Michael Stead Jeep in Walnut Creek for three hours while they warranty out my radio, fix my power window, and power flush my transmission and t-case.

I'm looking at this car, and if someone will hand me a few tools and distract Dave the Finance Manager, I'll have the engine out, and will have next weekend's mod loaded up into the back of my rig!

Here... I've almost got it out! Someone hand me a 17mm socket and 1/2 drive rachet, and roll over the engine hoist, STAT!

To quote Axle Foley (edit) relating to his time before he was a cop, "... I fractured an occasional law or two..."

:D :D :D

R-Se Bombshell Kit & Poly 'C' Gussets

Finished up my bumpers tonight! With the exception of the tire carrier on the rear, I'll get to that later. And flipped my e-disco.
Nice work on the bumpers! Looks like you've got some mad fab skillz going on there.

My Bombshell Kit from Rock Slide Engineering came in yesterday, just in time to get it installed this weekend. Steve at R-Se was great to work with and made sure the kit was here in time to install this weekend before leaving for Moab later this week. Thanks Steve!! The kit is very impressive ... great fit and quality parts. Everything fit right into place the way you'd expect it to. We just had to clearance my Poly trackbar bracket and my lower control arm mount reinforcements for the larger diameter of the 'clamshell'.

I've had the Poly gussets, just waiting for the axle kit to come in so I could install everything. These things are beefy! Nice work Poly.

The axle's ready to go back under the Jeep tomorrow! Now I won't be nervous running these bigger tires. :D

sPod, VisionX and LightForce Install

I've had the sPod, VisionX and 170H LightForce in my garage in boxes for 2 months now and finally got around to installing everything. I will say that the sPod is a kick ass product and John at sPod is top notch in customer service. I would recommend hands down. See my full right up here: :bounce:
