Oh and never mind the pink lump on the tire. That's just Alice, hanging helping out.

NICE!!! Jeep looks AWESOME! I don't know about Alice hangout on that tire:shaking:But I'm sure it wasn't moving very easily!! :D

I've always thought about having in-cab winch controls, but have never done much research about it. My biggest concern with my setup, is the fact that there is no fuse inline with my current setup (or most).

How does your work?

RC
No fuse in my setup. Tap into solenoid wires, hook those up to the panel and power the on/off switch. Super clean and a great product. I think I saw a thread about isolating winches on here somewhere.

What kind is it and is it for sale?

Also, and I hope I'm not prying, but what would change where one who once needed a RAM Assist, would no longer need a RAM Assist? Give up wheeling for Lent?

RC
Yeah it's gonna be for sale. I don't recall the exact specs buy it's the larger ram for west Texas offroad. $80 plus shipping. And that's with two hoses

Gave up wheeling to hopefully prevent surgery or at least buy me some time before surgery

Oh shit. Here I was being a funny guy, and you have something serious. I am so sorry. I wish I could find a smiley face where I'm sticking my foot into my mouth. Is all going to be okay???

Having said all of that, consider your RAM sold when it comes off, as long as it works okay.

TnT Customs sliders

Added the boatside panels to my sliders. :bounce: Went with the 1/4" aluminum option. Wasn't a fan when installing the rivet nuts to attach to the square tubing, but no screw ups so all's good.

Weight (Unlimited):
Slider: 45.2lb
Aluminum boatside: 12.2lb
OEM rail: 32.2lb

I like how they sit higher than a lot of other frame mounts.

Hopefully I'll get this work done before Carnegie, otherwise I have a feeling that I'm going to be taking up Jim's garage in Manteca on Sunday, for another self-imposed "Install Party"!

To late, he has 3 or 4. The funny thing was he only got the first one so he could use the carpool lane. Rick didnt realise the "other" features until later:smokin:
