Just the pics. The color is just from a sample I picked out at the paint store.

It was a long weekend of wiring, got the 8 rigid rock lights on. Also got the new dome lights (rigid a pod) and the tailgate light for my toolbox. Then the fun began when I had to fish the speaker wire through the cage.

I got the new radiator and fan in this weekend, and took it for a short drive.

I also got the lights mounted. I had them all painted to match the two tone of the jeep.

I also mounted the second twin ARB compressor under the hood. I had one mounted previously, but had to wait for the new hood to fit the second one.

I have to remount the front bumper, clean up some wiring, mount the winch, and then do the interior trim.

Holy moly do those compressors get hot? I have one of those parked under the hood and the last time I was airing up with it, my hose melted at the quick connect.

That is why I didn't mount them under the seats. At least here I can open the hood when I air up and they are good and the fan is running. I don't use them to run my arb's.

I think I'm going to need to run a hard line from the compressor to somewhere else to plug in. Right now I have the QD right at the unit and it just gets way, way too hot. Good to know you've got 2 units right on top of the engine with no issues, makes me feel a little better.

I am running a stainless line to the front on the bumper with a quick-connect. The ones under the hood do get hot. Look at different airlines as they vary in their temperature ratings. Some are as low as 140, while others are over 250. The stainless ones are a lot higher.
