I got my JK panel from the 12 volt guy yesterday. We have been in contact for several weeks by email. I fabbed up a very rough panel in order to give him some measurements and he took it from there. The result is the total kick ass panel you see in the pics.

Here is a pic of my rough panel. I took a bunch of photos holding a tape measure at the various marks and he went with it. Check out the Venders area and look for 12 volt guy. He has several pics of the panel installed in my JK. I will take pics of the install and plan on posting a complete write up..
