What are widest flares on the market?
I’ve tried to do as much research as I can, I figured I would ask people who might know.

Probably bushwhackers or something similar.
Not sure anything aftermarket is going to cover you completely.

Bushwacker was when I did it. Plus they bent good and popped back with only tiny crease lines.

Can't answer your question, but here's the standard width Poison Spyder (aluminum) on a 05+, 4.5" BS.
Not nearly wide enough if you're trying to stay within a fender law.
