I have a 2017 Wrangler Chief on ultimate 60's, 40" tires, coilovers, and my PSC hydro assist cooler is mounted in front of the radiator on the lower core support. I am in the process of installing a Sprintex Supercharger and the bracket for the intercooler mounts to that lower core support. I might be able to grind down some of the fins on the ps cooler, but I'm not sure I want to hack up an expensive cooler. Has anyone out there had to deal with this? One thought is to move the cooler and mount it behind the radiator on the tube crossmember. Thoughts, suggestions??

I have mine zip tied to the round crossmember in the front because of my intercooler
That's kinda what I was thinking. It's the heat sink type so it won't be too fragile. I was thinking about cutting down a couple of fins so it would fit under the intercooler bracket, but it would probably be better to get the extra heat out of the way of everything else. Not crazy about the zip tie idea, but I'm sure I could fabricate something. Thanks for the feedback.

Actually Idk why I said zip tie. I have hose clamps on it and it's very secure
