Hello all. I’ve been a Jeep owner for two years now. I was looking for a truck when I came across my 2013 JKU. I noticed it and immediately became interested. I’ve always wanted one and couldn’t pass it up. I will admit that my heart sank when I learned of all of the problems people seemed to have with them. So far, I love my Jeep. Figured I’d join up and mingle with some others who share the love. I’d love to pick y’all’s brains every once in a while. Thanks for having me.

Don’t worry about problems. There are a lot in the wild that run and perform well for a long time. One of my 2012 has 191k miles on it. Has it needed timing and other maintenance or replacements. Yes it did but not till it had all those miles. Up to that point it was routine maintenance and driving. I have gladly put what is needed into it as that Jeep is my preferred car (I actually have 2 others not including my wife’s vehicle). I well maintain fix or replace what is needed. It isn’t that bad on cost and runs great.
