So, I just got my JK about a week ago. And today I went trail riding for the first time. I went with my Cherokee and had to go up a hill in 4lo and it was fine. But today after I put my JK in 4LO something popped and now It won’t move. I put it in any gear other than neutral and it acts as if it’s still in neutral. And when I put it in park it makes a sound. Also, in park it doesn’t park. It still rolls so I use the e brake to make sure it won’t roll. When I did it with my Cherokee everything was fine. But I don’t know what do with my JK. Can anyone help?

There is a little plastic bushing for the t-case linkage which is notorious for breaking.. sounds like yours broke while in neutral.

The part number is 68064273AB. There are YouTube videos which show repair options. Good luck!

I agree with JJS2. There are countless online tutorials about this. Try out one of them and let us know if the plastic bushing for the t-case linkage is indeed the problem.
