Installed my brake lines finally. What a pain in the ASS!!!! Rockstars will have to wait, not so sure they're compatible with my rear trackbar bracket.
This weekend I took off the hardtop for a Trektop NX, removed the stock tire carrier, added rigid front grab handles and installed Trek Armor seat covers.
Dunno if you care, but you can just throw that Fastrak tag in your glove box and it will still works just fine. I was told that by a cop after someone busted my window to steal the one on my windshield a couple years ago. I've had mine in my glove box since and I've never had a problem.
Just finished a 300.00 11lb chunk of 35 spline steel (lockright 2620)
In the front 06 superduty d60 .... Gonna go beat on it tomorrow
Didn't know the hardened cross pin was part of the package ...
About an hour and a half from drain to refill ...
Added a 2.5" BB, 35" MTR's, winch and RPM Fab front bumper, sliders and rear bumper tire carrier. Still have some skids and OBA to install, as well as trimming factory flares for better clearance.
installed some 4.5" coils in the front and 3" in the rear. Also added some fox 2.0's. :bounce:
We also installed my eVo rockstars, poly rear trackbar, rear trackbar bracket and teraflex rear swaybar end links. Up next is bump stops and front lower shock relocation mounts.
Got an sPod, but had to figure out how to fit it under the hood. I relocated my vacuum pump and cut the OEM brackets off when I installed my front bumper. I used the OR-Fab kit which put it right where the sPod sits. My ARB is on an EVO bracket and sits right behind the master cylinder, so the Teraflex vacuum pump kit wouldn't work. So, I rigged up my own kit. It's attached to the front crossmember and is protected by my bumper skid plate.
Thanks. Its getting there. I really like the route im going too. I was talked in to getting the metalcloak arms vs. the poly long arm. I think mc will be the smarter and cost effective way to go
This weekend I swapped out my sport suspension for 4-Door Rubicon take-offs and a teraflex leveling kit, put longer brake lines in the rear, new rims/spacers and 35" Trail Grapplers.
I've still got my BFH w/ trail stinger to install and I want to cut the fenders.
It has rubi shocks on it right now, which are way too short. I was gonna talk to you about it wed, but I'm thinking of ordering those fox shocks we talked about in the 1.5"-3.5" lift size (PN: FOX-983-50-001 / FOX-983-50-003).
