So I was changing out the water pump on my JK 3.8 motor and one of the top water pump bolt broke off in the motor. It’s got a little sticking out (very little). But I am thinking the best way to remove it would be to weld a nut on the end of if. Problem is I can’t weld and have no welder.

Can anyone recommend a mobile welder or if someone knows how to weld and could help me in any way. I will gladly pay for your time.

I am in Mesa, AZ. The Jeep is currently stuck in my garage.

Have you tried an extractor set?
I would use the drill in and tap out kind vs. the reverse screw type.
Rigid makes a nice set that probably will run less than having a mobile welder visit.

Absolutely possible to use a good , carbon bit extractor kit ( usually a bit to drill a small divot into the broken bolt then the reverse biter / removal bit . I have a set but can buy just the set off amazon or your local O'Reilly/Advance Auto has them.

That's what I'd do .
