Howdy folks!!! My 2010 JKU spends a great deal of time in the South Padre Island National Seashore sand, and yes, when wheeling, the engine temps run a bit high. Per my observations, the stock radiator/fan appear a bit undersized. Any recommendations for upgrading both would be most appreciated. :thankyou:

theres a mod i was reading about this morning its not a radiator upgrade but maybe it will help. this guy had underhood temp issues so he got a autostore hood scoop(pick yours from wherever) and get an 8" electric fan maybe 20$ online and bolt it under the scoop then wire to an aux switch or your current fan set up.ill see if i can dig up his thread

i did one. its a different model number that appeared to have a slightly larger motor and more current draw... but its still under the rating for the P.O.S. stock fan motor. it really does suck.... but its a good kind of suck.:bounce:
