Might be a dumb question, but I have been wondering if anyone has modified a Tj rear tiercarrier/bumper onto their jk. The Tj and cj tiercarier/bumpers are cheeper and hold a 35inch tier just fine. I plan on building my own and was thinking of using a Tj tiercarier/bumper to build off of. What do you all think? Should I just buy the AEV carrier and build a bumper around that because I don't like the look of thief bumper.

It won't look good even if you manage to weld it on! Width is different, the JK frame sticks out off the back of the JK and most TJ bumpers won't even cover the frame height in the back of the JK.
