Teraflex?

Hello all,
I am the proud owner of a new 2 door JK X and just got the coupon for free installation from 4WP. I was thinking that while it would be fun to do it myself, why not take advantage of this offer...The kit I am thinking about is the 3" Teraflex lift which includes the shocks AND springs. Does anyone have any experience with this kit? Are the TF shocks worthwhile or would I be better of with something else?

My last Jeep was a TJ which I lifted with TF's 4 " long arm kit and it was WONDERFUL :bounce: Thus I have some confidence in the brand. While I have seen alot of info here about the BB kit, there doesn't seem to be much about the 3" kit.

Any info you can share would be awesome and  to you!

Many happy JKers with this kit. Got any questions on it, call me. 1-888-837-2359 ext 308, Carl is out today.
I used to have a TF 3" kit and I guess it was ok. I don't have any bad to say about it but I didn't have it for very long. I had it for 2-3 weeks before I upgraded to a TF 4" system because I wanted to run 37's.
YOU Can Not go wrong with TERAFLEX....i will be installing 2.5 INC on a friends 08 rubicon next week end.:):):):):)
Diddo on Teraflex being a very worthy kit and company.
I ran the 4" LA and just upgraded to the 6" springs and shocks. The people I have talked to say the shocks are very good, I have no problems at all, but I also have little experience with other brands.
I did a lot of reading and research and personaly chose Teraflex because of the OUTSTANDING reputation they have as a company. (I couldn't find any negative posts) and the Jeep shop I have used will only guarantee RE or TF kits, no others even though they will install anything.

I'm running the TF 3" kit with TF Shocks. I like it. I get good flex and the ride is pretty much like stock. No ESP or whatever pops up on some other lifts. It came with new SS brake lines for the front or rear, I can't remember, but when I compared them to the stockers they were the same size. I didn't put them on. The bump stops give you pretty much the same amount of flex as stock (up-travel), but I think I get more droop out of it. I'm planning on moving up to a bigger TF lift soon for 37"s though. I can't say enough good things about TF CS. When I originally bought the kit from Quadratec it came with the frame mounted rear track bar relocation bracket and at full flew (the beach shot) the bracket impacted the right rear shock and gouged it out. I simply wrote an AAR about it asking for input from other owners and the TF Rep from the other (back in the day) site shot me a pm and got my info. They sent me a new shock and the new axle mounted relocation bracket free.
