passenger blinker and brake work but the running light does not work used a few different lamps......all the right number lamp but none work! thinking its a socket will get the meter on it tom. in the sun its cold in the chi tonight. anyone have this problem? if so would that make us eskimo brothers?

ok plugged pass. tail light housing into the driver side and it lit up. wtf. meter showed around 4 on driver, and pass was 3.8 DC volts. and when i swapped the housings nothing worked :suicide: fuse is all good even tried another. the wires all have contact on both sides soo i know there are no breaks in the wires. any ideas people?
