Tahoe Area 7-10-08 and 7-12-08

I'm planning to do a couple easy/moderate trails on Thursday the 10th and Saturday the 12th near Lake Tahoe. I've got a couple trails in mind after looking through some trail guides, but I'm open to suggestions as well. Trying to gauge interest - so let me know if you're interested in either date.

I'm doing the Niagara Rim Run sponsered by 4X4 In Motion that weekend. You should come out. It would sure be nice to see another JK out there. Chk their web site www.4X4inmotion.com

Are there any runs that Sunday the 12th? I'm in Sacramento and this could be a possibility for me

I checked out the site, but looks like it hasn't been updated for awhile. I probably wouldn't be able to make a run on Saturday.

The trail run info is under "poker run" and It's scheduled for Saturday July 12th. Nothing happening on Sunday. This will be my first time out there.

Maybe next year - that sounds like fun! I will be staying in the Truckee area from Thurs - Sun, so I was hoping to do something closer to the 80 corridor.

We had a blast. Ran the Blackwood Canyon, McKinney Creek, and Bear Valley Loop trails. See this thread: http://www.jkowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2609
