This is the part that many people fail to add into the "cost" of a motor swap. If you aren't doing the work it turns into a $20k project real fast.You can probably swap a 5.3 for cheaper than a hemi...especially if Motech releases the bare bones kit he mentioned a while ago.
Are you planning on doing the swap yourself? If you are doing all the labor, then a swap can be done around 10K but if you are going to pay someone then the difference in cost between swapping and supercharging are ALOT bigger...
