I have magic like power (okay I'm disturbed), anyhow I can solve all your future door removal problems forever.

Got your attention?

The steel/aluminum hinge/bushing thing Jeep does sucks. I made door bushings out of delrin af for my rig. The doors feel holy shit smooth, maybe better than that....

Once the delrin bushings are installed (slip in) NEVER, EVER grease or oil them as the grease and oil attack the delrin. You won't need to anyhow.

I think I have some extra bushings, will order some material next week and make up another bunch. Phoenix, Bump, anybody else?

Letting the cat out of the bag. A couple weeks ago I posted picks of the winch rails I made up and had black hard coated. Most MIL spec Anodizing is .0005 / .0007 thick, went the black hard coat because its .002 thick (corrosion resistant) and they look mean.

Howie, Perry and the Bone Collector have first dibs at Brig for the rails.
I want... Me me me...
