Those of you that own one, thoughts and opinions? I'm thinking about picking one up for my first handgun. Buddy of mine has one, I like the way it feels in my hand, but haven't had a chance yet to go out with him and fire it yet. I also need to let my wife fire it to make sure she is comfortable with it. All the reviews I've read on it have been pretty positive. Any input? Thanks.

A friend of mine has an SR9c, it is her first handgun. She has well over 1k rounds through it and loves it. Zero problems.

I've shot a few mags through it and and I like it.

I have the SR9, SR40, and the little SR22... all great guns. The SR9 and SR40 are big guns if you're thinking concealed carry... may want to go with the compact versions. I was always a single action Colt 1911 shooter so the trigger on the SR9 and SR40 was a bit softer in the breaking point in comparison to the 1911s but once I got used to it the guns were great to shoot. I think a newer SR45 version is out now in the .45cal... but I've spent enough on guns for now. GRIN

I went out and shot it today. I like it a lot, now I just need to find an OD green one.
