For those of you that followed my previous post which is here, I have completed the fab, had them powder coated, and installed them.
Here's how they turned out......

After totaling it up, I have 200.12 in the rails, not counting my time.
They came out better than I expected, especially the powder coat. They look like a black mirror when clean.

JohnL,..excellent job,.. I really don't see anything out there that would actually be better,,,and the real plus = they mount to the frame(highlift Jack no problem)..super strong, now go try them .:beer::beer::beer:

Real good looking bit of kit, nice welding. Have been think of things to make for the JK while I am waiting for it to arrive, and after seeing these I just need my JK.

Excellent work! Makes me wish I could weld. I would love to tackle a project like that.
