We now have a EZ-Alternator control module available for the guys running GEN4 LS conversion and the stock GM computer controlled alternator

If your running a GEN4 LS conversion with the stock GM alternator and no BCM you will find that the alternator is only running at a fixed limp mode voltage setting.
We can send the proper message to allow the GM ECU to request a higher rate of charge. This is needed especially when you run extra lights, winches or other voltage hogging accessories and will keep the battery fully charged.

We will offer the module a few ways to start with.
One is with a OBD2 plug that will plug into the OBD2 port and will require no wiring.
Second is a Hardwire unit that you will wire directly into the GM Harness. Power, Ground, CAN+ and CAN-

This can also work with standalone LS conversions in hotrods and street car builds.

As always our LS JK conversion kit with EZCAN has this built in so if you are running our conversion its all ready working.

So are these stand alone modules or is this part of the ez canbus?

These are separate modules. Our EZcanbus system for the JK has had these settings in it for a while.

These are more for guys with older systems, home made systems and full standalone.
