I also bought a used one. I just bought a piece of threaded rod (all thread) and bent my own. Not too hard to do.
RK Tie Rod & SS
Installed my RockKrawler tie rod tonight and have a quick question. How are you guys mounting the steering stabilizer to it? I'm assuming I need to have new u-bolts made?
I just hooked it to the drag link for now... but don't want it to stay there.
Thumbs up for anyone considering this part, the jeep drives better! The factory tie rod must have had flex in it or something as it seems to be a little tighter.
