We are getting a little bit of a late start on our 2013 show rig. So we will be hitting it hard over the next few weeks to get our newest project rolling.

The River Raider crew is starting with a flood damaged 2007 JK with a blown motor. I will show the transformation process right here on JKO.

Instead of giving the full list of what we will be doing I will just let the pictures and video tell the story. Here is the rendering of what we will be building.

6.0 cooked down and cleaned up

14 bolt stripped and cleaned

Tub and frame split for 18'' stretch



Frame ends chopped

Matt from West Texas Offroad spent the day with us showing us how he converts the factory steering box into a hydraulic assist unit. Thanks Matt we love our Redneck Ram!

Windshield angle adjusted....



Tub being smoothed, shaved and dewired....

Heads getting port matched and cleaned up....

Full front River Raider corners cut and ready to form.....

Windshield frame smoothed



Full Rear River Raider corners strecthed 14'' with the rear wheel opening moved back 5''



Rear bed and filler strip installed with fuel cell openings....
