That's quite a route for the radiator hose. Does that reflect final setup or are you going to fab an aluminum radiator?

I have a question regarding the HP 60 setup...
Did you guys consider running the drag link on top of the high-steer arm and moving the tie rod above the knuckles?
You would likely have to notch the passenger-side frame rail to allow the track bar bracket to be raised on the axle so that the angles match. But that would be some super-sweet geometry! Just a thought.

Either way, it looks like the angles are perfect for where the bars are currently mounted, so it should drive sweet!

 

This thing is ridiculous. I can't wait to hear it start up.. haha

There is not enough room to move the drag link on top of the high steer arm or the drag link will slam into the frame. We even had to mount it on the bottom on our Victim which is around 4.5" of lift...

That's what I figured. It would probably take some creative frame notching, etc...

That's quite the radiator hose. Time for an Aluminum replacement with the upper inlet on the passenger side

I think the way the engine was designed for the radiator to have the upper hose on the driver side and the lower hose on the passenger side.
I'm not a fan of the duel pass radiators, I think they do not work and that is the stock hose from the Donner.
We keep chipping a way.

damn dood... i remember talking with you at the beginning stages of this build and all i can say is that now that it's finally becoming real our conversations were like little ants to this final product!


great job by all that are involved!!

 

As bad ass as this is looking I can't wait to see it on the final rolling meats and bouncing off of some rocks.

We build them for each Jeep and engine combo,We can do any LS.
It should be running soon

 

I love how this has turned out but I am curious if there is a specific reason the top is so pointed at the rear or if that is just the way it ended up? The thing is badass but it kinda got me to thinking about what it would look like with a graduated curve into the rear of the Jeep. This is what I came up with and I'm just curious, not bashing the design at all!
