An extra 2 LED's per light, so hypothetically you'll see a 50% increase from the d2's to the dually's.

The D2's do put a much more intense light out. It is a great compliment to the light bars as it does not get drowned out so easily.

Is there a Rigid LED that actually puts out a DOT-compliant fog light pattern? All the LED's I've seen, (except for headlights), are for off-road use only and don't have the cut-off needed to work as fog-lights.

There are none from Rigid. If you live in an area with a high enforcement rate of these infractions I would not recommend this as a purchase. I have never heard of an area that can be described as such.
