replacing the rear output flange w/ a yoke

I'm looking at throwing some mopar jk axles under an xj and was wondering if any of you jk guys have replaced the rear drive shaft output flange with a standard yoke so it can accept a cv shaft. Also if this is an option can I just pick up a flange from the junk yard out of any D44?
