Hi,

I'm new to the group, and my first shout out for help seems like it should be a no-brainer, but I'm stuck. I'm in the middle of replacing the rear wiper motor assembly, and I can't figure out how to loosen the bolt that passes through the glass and attaches to the assembly on the inside. The bolt (looks like Quadratec: Mopar 68030981AA Rear Wiper Screw) just spins when I turn from the inside. Even worse, it seems like I'm very close to stripping the bolt with the hex wrench.
