Why would you want to?

No need to adjust it, what you will want to do is center the steering wheel. At the steering box end of the drag link is an adjuster sleeve with two bolts clamping it in position, loosen the bolts and turn the adjuster sleeve. I can't remember which way is which, but you'll soon figure it out. Leave the bolts loose, drive down the street, stopping every 20-30 yds and tweaking it until you get the steering wheel centered. Once centered, tighten the bolts back up.

Sounds more complicated than it is, it is really easy.
If you have come from a Wrangler TJ background then yes you would have to re-set your toe-in after a lift, but the steering linkage is different on the JK so the lift will not affect it.
Your right. Now that I did the lift it all looks straight, even the steering wheel. Thanks for the help!!!
