Gears and lockers should be the first mod if you wheel.

It really made a difference in the driveability of my rig with the 35" tires. Definitely worth it. It will probably even pay for itself with mpg savings. Although that will be a while...a long while.

I got a hell of a deal on the whole thing...
$75 for used 35k 4.10's (3.21's and 35's:shaking:)
$300 for front carrier and install kits and
$300 for the install.

I know I'll catch hell for this, but the 4.10's work great for me
and my 6sp & "35" (33 7/8") KM2's (Lotta interstate driving)
I would do it again in a second! Maybe with a 4.56.

I'd do the same thing again ...except go with 37" tires. The gearing is even better after adding the weight of after market bumpers and rails.

While you are in there, put the lockers in as well.

Well going from 3:21's to 4:88's with 35's i think it was a huge difference i did not like the way it felt. now driving it a lot more enjoyable.

Some teenage girl paid for mine. I didn't even know her! :smokin:

*Definitely a great upgrade with larger tires.....when installed correctly.
