My wifes 2012 JKU radiator fan stopped working. I replaced it with a OEM from Mopar and it still doesnt work. I checked the fuses and the K11 relay in the fuse box and still nothing. I checked for 12V at the radiator fan where it plugs into the fan shroud and got 11.59V. I am not sure what else to do. Appreciate any help.

is it still under warranty? if so take it back
Is the engine hot when you are checking the fan. I believe that the fan turns on only when the engine reaches a specific temp.
If you are checking it when the engine is hot and it does not turn on and you have verified voltage then the problem is most likely the thermostat that controls the fans.
