Put a 37 on it and maintain the integrity of your tailgate with one of those parts? You don't, IMO. Neither of those are going to outsmart gravity and the mediocre tailgate.

Put the spare in the back, either of those aren't going to get you very far for very long with a 37..in my opinion.
