2009 Rubicon, 6 sp

Any advice is appreciated!
When attempting to start while in gear my jeep won't turn over and will jump forward a little. The shifter will stick in gear until I turn it off and push the clutch in several times. Starts perfectly fine in neutral, no issues shifting into gears.

clutch is not disengaging completely. You dont feel it when shifting due to the synchro's and everything spinning.

points to clutch master or slave. may just be down on fluid a little.

Although it COULD be something in the actual clutch itself, I would check out the master and slave.
