I just put the calipers on mine. I am at almost exactly 5/ 16 of an inch or 9 mm. Your pitman arm looks much further down than that. Have no idea if it's a big deal for there to be a lot of difference in the tolerance/ calibration of these.
I'm going to try to tighten it down some more. Ill see if that works.
So I just got back from checking the Nut on the Pitman Arm and I was able to tighten it almost 2 complete turns.WTF,I guess I should check it more Often. I just read the Installation Instructions and its states 185 ft.lbs. I guess Ill be doing that tomm.
