Spoke to them a few months back. VERY mild trails. VERY stock friendly. Plus, WAY too expensive for camping, etc.

Not worth it unless you like stock wheelin'.

Ive talked to people up here about it. Its starting at 100 acres and theyre planning to expand. Regardless...its still easier than driving the 3 hours to rausch for me. I'm stoked!!!
