I didn't see this posted here and figured it might help some other jk owners here.

I got this idea off the other website.

Step 1. Remove A/C Rings - just turn the ring and the mechanism will slide out. The rings will pop off the mechanism (see pic below)
Step 2 - Wipe down with alcohol wipes
Step 3 - Spray paint the rings with a can of spray paint made for plastic. I got mine at AutoZone for like $7
Step 4 - apply 2-3 more coats
Step 5 - Install and enjoy

*note - you can also paint other things. I painted my ashtray lid too as you can tell in this pic below

I put a JEEP sticker on mine the other day and was thinking about a write up.

Step 1 – Decide where to put the Jeep sticker
Step 2 – Clean the area thoroughly
Step 3 – Use blue painters tape to attach the sticker and lift it up 180*
Step 4 – Remove the backing of the sticker
Step 5 – Carefully curl the sticker on the body and use a plastic putty knife to prevent bubbles
Step 6 – Remove the blue tape and the back of the sticker (make sure the letters JEEP stay put)
Step 7 – Stand back and admire your work

Wow, stickers are more complicated that spray painting the vent rings

Cool mod...I'll have to keep that one in mind.

All this time, I've been throwing my glasses in the center console making it harder for someone to steal:smokin:

DUDE WTF.:shaking::laughing2:
Wait until he installs his lift this weekend. :)

While not my color choice, I give him credit for personalizing his Jeep to be uniquely his. Good Job Heath!

I cant believe no one has done a write up on how to do write ups.
1.Open JKO
2.Click forum from left hand menu bar
3.Scroll down to Write Up Debt.(The Library)
4.Click on Write Up Dept.(The Library)
5.Locate Post tab about 3 inches give or take a few down from the top menu
6.Click said "Post" tab
7. Type up write up in the body portion, dont forget to add many:thefinger::smokin::pissed::grinpimp: as needed to add to the enjoyment of reading your write up
8.Press "Submit Reply" button right after the post icons,If you press this and it says "REQUIRES TITLE) then you retardedly forgot to enter a title.
9.Enter a title describing your write up.(enterchangable between doing this or doing it after pressing the post tab:shaking:)
10.Post and enjoy. If your lucky enough to post a silly write up break out the marshmellows, chocolate, and gram crackers for some s'mores b/c theres about to be a flaming like no other;)

There you go Karn your wish has been granted:thefinger:

I just painted mine.

Super easy to do and does lots to spice up the (non-Sahara) interior!
