Painless Performance 21 Circuit Complete Kit (10150)
This complete 21 Circuit Direct Fit Harness from Painless Performance fits the 1976 to 1986 CJ Series Jeeps. This harness has undergone a "frame off restoration". Included in this brand new harness is a fully integrated ground circuit for every electrical component on these Jeeps. This is a critical addition for those of you with fiberglass bodies or those who might mistake mud as a good conductor. Their also new connections and connectors that have been added to the harness including a pre-molded trailer connector, a charging system capable of handling up to 100 amp alternators and custom factory style molded taillight housing connectors. One of the biggest improvement to this harness kit is our all new full color instruction manual. This manual provides 140+ pages of color schematics, photos and step by step instructions to wiring your CJ from headlight to taillight and covers most popular aftermarket add on's as well. The blade type fuse block wiring are machine crimped with factory style terminals. Each wire is printed with its circuit identification as well as using factory color codes for easy installation.
Painless Performance 22 Circuit Complete Kit (10105, 10106)
This 22 circuit factory upgrade harness has been made to work with 1946 to 1974 CJ Jeeps. This part uses the OEM style fuse block. Open ended wire leads allow for custom routing of wires. This harness routes the wires through a grommet in the bulkhead and the ignition switch is in the dash. Also included are pre-wire plugs for headlights. Each wire is custom printed with the circuit identification as well as using factory color codes for easy installation.
Painless Performance 23 Circuit Complete Kit (10111)
Painless Performance 23-Circuit Factory Style Replacement Chassis Wiring Harness features a factory-style bulkhead connector that mounts the fuse block in the OEM location, weatherproof extreme condition terminals an upgraded fuse block and rugged, high temp TXL wire.
Engine Section Wiring: Chassis ground, brake failure warning switch, horn, windshield washer, heater motor, park and signal lights, front marker light (w/bulb socket), headlights, sending units, starting, charging, ignition circuits, tachometer lead, ballast resistor. This harness is not equipped for OEM computer controlled fuel injection nor is it engine specific.
Rear Section Wiring: Main harness-to-rear harness, rear marker lights, rear lamp ground and tail light housing, electric fuel pump.
