35s vs 37s

I’m going to leave this bit of info in hopes that it may help someone make a decision.

I’ve been running 35s and recently moved up to 37s, 37x 12.50-17 specifically.
I originally went with the Trail Grapplers based on reading a ton of reviews, I decided that they offered what I wanted. Decent on road wear and handling and above average on the trails/rocks. I don’t like/do mud, so that wasn’t an issue and did not figure into my choice.

This is not a review so much as it is a comparison of the sizes but I have no complaints on the tire. The 35s have served me very well. The used tires you will see below have a touch over 25k miles on them (mostly highway) @ 65 mph or greater.

Without bead locks, I air down to 13-14 psi, I’ve never (knock on wood) rolled one off the wheel. That may or may not be partially due to my wheels. (Fuel Anza).

Anyway, when new the 35s mounted on the Jeep at my weight measured @ 34” even (29 psi)

I’ve added approximately 250-350 lbs to my set up since then.

The 37s measured @ 36 1/4 “ (29 psi)

Here’s a few pix.
If this helps you, I’m happy.

EDIT:
Dam auto correct.
Title should say “Nitto”. I’m sorry, on my phone, I’ll try to edit title later.

I know the feeling, working my way up to doing 37's right, 40's $$$$$$$ if done right.
