Just put a 2.5 in lift on my 2020 Rubicon. It looks like I need some new tires. Can I just add bigger tires or will that look funny on the stock rims?

Welcome to JKO. Nice to see some JL folks posting here.
There are folks putting 37's on the stock wheels, so, to answer your question yes. You may need spacers to deal with rubbing.
