Hey guys, I just picked up my first JK and this is my introduction, as well as request for info from the previous owner, if they are still around and don't mind a few quick questions. My name is Rich and I have been holding out on picking up a JK, but after some unfortunate events took place this past weekend, the timing just was right.
So, this is/was my XJ.

I couldn't be without a Jeep and stumbled upon this beauty on Tuesday morning.

Two hours later I traded in my DD and the JK was mine!!

As of today I've only added shackles, replaced the 8k winch with a 10k and spooled on M-P synthetic line and replaced the fairlead.
The previous owner clearly loved this rig and took great care of it, and I was very fortunate to pick it up and continue what he started. So, there is my intro. I plan to be glued to the tech section for a while and shouldn't bother you with too many questions, but if you know, or are the previous owner and can tell me a bit about the rig, I'd appreciate it.
