I'm, also new here, as after 20 plus years I've returned to owning a Jeep.
I currently live in St Augustine, but spent 10 years in Pensacola back in the 70's and early 80's with my first Jeep. Soft sand beaches, and miles and miles of backcountry trails, will ensure you'll enjoy your new Jeep.
The best I recall, Eglin has some opportunities' but the last time I went 4-wheeling in that area, was about 5 years ago, and we went remote camping in Apalachicola.
Look forward to hearing about your adventures
