Just stopping in to say hi. New Jeep owner -
2008 JK - X 2Dr Detonator Yellow (In yer face yellow)

Anyone from up in the Panhandle? I've had f/s trucks out in California that we use to run up in the mountains to go camping, but this is my first Jeep. Looking forward to finding some good places to run trails up this way. I hear Eglin is nice. Appalachicola would be closer though... Sitting on a stock rig, so the hardcore stuff will have to wait until I turn it into a true money pit, I mean serious hobby.:D

I'm, also new here, as after 20 plus years I've returned to owning a Jeep.

I currently live in St Augustine, but spent 10 years in Pensacola back in the 70's and early 80's with my first Jeep. Soft sand beaches, and miles and miles of backcountry trails, will ensure you'll enjoy your new Jeep.

The best I recall, Eglin has some opportunities' but the last time I went 4-wheeling in that area, was about 5 years ago, and we went remote camping in Apalachicola.

Look forward to hearing about your adventures
