So just to clarify, is it possible to do something like a daystar BB at 1.75" and run 295's on stock 16" rims?

My situation only really allows for mods totaling about 1500$ including tires, we wheel about 6 times a year, mostly mud and some occasional rocks.

Thanks

$1500 is a decent budget for what you want to do.

For instance, I'm running a 2.5" bb, 15x8 wheels, and 35" tires on my two door. No problems. My unlimited has a 2.5" coil lift and 285s on stock 17s without issues.

I'll be happy to put together some pricing if you'd like to tell me what you're thinking.

Search MarcusRTJ for pics of my rides.

I think that the 1500 in mods will be all that I am doing for at least 2 years. I am finishing an mba. I am anticipating buying another Jeep in 2 years, hopefully a diesel, that I can build better.

I need budget for mechanic time also, and I will try to use factory wheels.

Thx, please feel free to IM me
