Going to look at a 1998 Wrangler tomorrow. It has 150K miles. It's stock. Is there anything I should look for before buying it. Thanks.

What would you do with your jeep if it was your last few days with it. Then Check all the shit that could possibly be wrong/ about to break

check skidplates, underneath for signs of abuse.
If its a rubicon check and make sure it at least has dana 44's or better. Remember someone trading in a rubicon someplace and had swapped out the axles with 30's before the trade in.
if its an auto check fluids, see if it smells burnt.

It's a 1998....Rubicon did not appear until 2003....

If it's a 4.0L make sure the exhaust header isn't cracked. They had problems with the radiators leaking at the top, near the fill cap. Also, with that many miles on her, check the valve covers for leaks. If your looking for D44 rear good luck, not many came with TJ's before 2002.
