Alright so i have a 2007 jeep jk 4door unlimited X 6 speed manual, dana 44 rear, dana 30 in the front, brutal 3.21 gears. Before i go and buy all this i just wanted to make sure what im buying here is good for a daily driver mostly highway to work and trails here and there but want to get more out of it but not wanting to Just Empty Every Pocket. With the lift i came across two lifts that from what i see look both the same, but not to sure on quality.
First one is Teraflex 3inch lift with 4 flexarms(the arms are front lowers and rear uppers) and no shocks, as i will be getting Bilstiens 5100 shocks, heard really great reviews on them.
Secondly is the Rancho 3inch trail system with no shocks, again ill be getting the Bilstiens 5100s, heres the catch this lift kit come with 4 flex arms but its the front lowers and the rear lowers, if i heard correctly at minimum you need your front lowers and rear uppers? Also this lift includes the front adjustable track bar. (one thing that i like about Rancho is that there springs and arms are red, which if i was going to go with any other lift i would have painted it red but if Rancho lift is really all that good then i wont have to paint it.)

As far a tires go, my mind is set on 35s love the look and not to sure which brand to go with havent really looked into that yet. To run 35s obviously i need to re gear. So im set on going with a complete overhaul kit to 4.88 and with the front as a dana 30 the carrier wont fit anything above 3.73s so i need to get a new carrier, I do have links on the products i am going to be purchasing hopefully before summer gets here.

I ran a Teraflex 2.5" spring lift, and I have run it with Bilstein 5100s - totally happy with that setup.
If you're getting 4 control arms (which is enough for your 3" lift) you definitely want front lowers and rear uppers.
Someone at Rancho is smoking toothpaste if they are offering you rear lowers without uppers - RUN AWAY!
If you get lowers only in the rear, keep a Sawzall handy. Rattle can of red Krylon is cheap. Don't let color be the deal breaker.

You'll definitely want a front adjustable track bar - I love my Teraflex monster TB, but there are a lot of good ones out there.
Rear TB bracket will work fine - DON"T GET A REAR FRAME SIDE TB BRACKET! Poly and Teraflex make great axle-side TB brackets.
Raise that shit up on the axle side - gives you a higher roll center, and you don't rip the TB bracket off the frame.

4.88s are good for a 6 speed with 35s.
Sleeve and gusset your front axle housing before the 35s go on, unless you're just gonna' be wheelin' the mall parking lot.
You may be in for a front driveshaft with a 3 inch lift, but I don't know.
However, the magic genie named Google who lives in the search box at the top of the page knows!

Yeah i saw that on Ranchos site, front lowers and rear lowers, wtf?? but the Teraflex 3 inch lift with 4 arms looks like the one, get the front monster TB and just grab those Bilstiens and im set for my lift, as for my d30 gussets and sleeves are a must? could i do that before i get my lift and gears and just run stock for a bit before i get everything?

As far as trails go, its not going to be rock crawling, well maybe once just to see some flex or something but nothing to crazy, here in Sudbury Ontario theres some pretty nice trails around here nothing to big though, more just mud and some hills

The D30 will be OK if you're not pounding on it every afternoon, but things happen too. It is cheap insurance to have some C-Gussets and a truss installed. Sleeves will be a more complex install and more costly in most cases. (If you're not welding them on yourself.)

Check out Rock Krawler like these other guys mentioned. Between Tera-Flex and RK you're looking a nice stuff. Rock Krawler inclues all of what you'd need to get the Jeep on the road comfortably and have fun on the trails with plenty of room for those 35s.

It was ultimately a 2.5 Flex in that picture. I didn't have the rear arms installed from my X-Factor system.
