I ordered and just received my Metalcloak arms. They didn't come with any directions, any input? One of the fron upper control arms came with a nut/bolt in it for axle side, where does it go and why only one? At what length should I adjust the arms to?

Front UCAS are interchangeable. The bolt is to replace the passenger side UCA bolt that usually has to be cut out due to the bolt being installed from the engine side prior to the engine being put in when the jeep was manufactured.

They do a pretty good job with their youtube video's and instructions on their web site. The web site instructions have all the lengths etc... you will be looking for.
