I just installed a set of Ripp long tube headers and couldn't be happier. I installed the Ripp first so can't comment on how they perform prior to supercharger install. The long tube headers, supercharger and a new tune from Ripp made the lower end much better. There is no more supercharger kick at 22-2300 rpm. Smooth and even.

Yall helped my decision...

I knew I wouldn't be able to tell a difference in anything but the sound with headers, which was good enough... until I started seeing the primary diameters on these things! Damn. Yeah, that's several hundred that goes into the supercharger kitty!

This is NOT an OBX endorsement for jeep headers. Don't have them nor know anyone that does. However, I did have a corvette before the jeep & bought OBX long tubes for it. They were great in that application (incl a dyno tune). Again, no idea of jeep performance but good bang-for-buck in my case.

^^^ Ditto on OBX= though w/o boost no JK 3.8L will see ANY of those gains Matt.

Mine were on a Subi flat 4 running 27PSI and a DSM V6 at 17PSI. Neither were done as singular mods, but both held their mud against a lot of boost and heat.
