Looking for a local shop in the Denver area to do some work. I'm wanting to get my front axle sleeved and gusseted but the kicker is I am only dropping off the housing at the shop. Not sure if sleeves can be installed unless on the vehicle but I thought I read somewhere that someone did it. I usually do my own work but just don't have the time or capabilities right now of this task.

Anyone got any ideas????

No sleeves are installed when the axle is def off the vehicle. It take alot of drilling and welding.

I was thinking of the sleeve you beat in but forgot about the sleeves that require the plug welds that slide in.

What kit are you thinking of going with ?

I do fab work on my spare time...pretty much everything but gears.

I'll look into that kit. I've only seen the poly performance. How soon are you looking to get it done. I've got a few jobs ahead of you...a truss, bumper, and a cage or two.

The Synergy one is the Poly Performance....same company

Don't have it pulled yet...probably a couple weeks at least.
