we need to set up a Long Island jkowners meet. and a rausch creek run.
who would be interested in a meet. we could all just go to bellmore on a friday during the car show or we can set up our own place and time whatever. any one interested in that?
and rausch sometime after easter
I may be going to Rausch for EJS next weekend, got to see. I still have death wobble, and I know I have to do my front brakes BAD, and re-balance at least my front tires, 'cause I know those 2 things are NOT helping the situation, so if I get rid of the DW, I'm in. If not, I'm not driving it to PA and back, lol. So we'll see. But yea, I want to go to Rausch in the worst way.alright guys whats the deal. been quiet in LI thread...no posts in like 24 hours :bawling:

I heard Dave and Buster's on 110 has been going off, mainly Jeeps, on Friday nights. Sort of in the middle for a Sayville guy like myself.Anywhere closer than Bellmore? I know we have some guys from Sayville, Bohemia, Bay Shore, Islip, West Islip, etc., and some from Seaford and Nassau county. Maybe there's a spot it could be a little more central?
In Islip they have a diy car show every Saturday night, mostly hot rod guys but it's free and we could group up and park. There's a diner next door and bars down the block.
Im down!:bounce:alright guys whats the deal. been quiet in LI thread...no posts in like 24 hours :bawling:

Yea, that's on my mind, too man. I may postpone the job I line up tomorrow (Sat.) and use the day as a 'catch up' day...get the front tires balanced again, get an alignment, do some errands, pay some bills, etc. Sort of depends on the weather, so again...we'll see. My trackbar looked good, so I don't know. One thing at a time for now, lol!jkstell check your track bar thats what gave me death wobble and once i changed mine no more dwi put the jks track bar so much better

Thanks for the feedback though. Deep down, I know it revolves around the trackbar!!

I am jeepless at this time but by late summer I will have sold my Durango & purchased a JKU. I see pics of various bumpers with NY plates. My question is whether there is a restriction on bumper width in NY? Are stubbies ok?
I stubbied my TJ's front bumper with no problems.Knock on wood, no tickets on my stubby Teraflex Epic.
